How this started
I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until I was 27. Before that, I just thought I was bad at adulting — I quit four different planners, missed deadlines I actually cared about, and quietly believed I needed to try harder. 😔
The diagnosis didn't fix anything overnight. But it reframed everything. My brain wasn't broken — it was just running on a different operating system than every productivity system I'd been force-feeding it.
So I started experimenting. Failing publicly, adjusting, failing again, for about two years — until I'd built a handful of systems that actually worked. Not because I'd gotten more disciplined, but because I'd stopped trying to think like someone I'm not.
I started posting about it almost by accident. A carousel about my messy desk and my, somehow, organized mind went further than I expected — mostly because it was the first time a lot of people saw someone admit to the chaos and still show a way through it.
Now I build these tools full-time: spreadsheets, planners and guides for people who've tried every productivity hack on the internet and still feel like they're drowning a little. I'm not a therapist, a doctor, or a certified coach, and I'll always tell you when something's outside my lane. I'm a peer who did the work and is sharing the map.
If something in this shop gets you through a Tuesday a little easier, that's the whole point. 🙌
Working with your brain, not against it. 🧡
