It's more than just knitting!
Back when I started FogKnits, it was all knitting, all the time. These days things have expanded from knitwear and knitting patterns.
I've been doing a lot of cross stitching. It's so fun and completely addictive. Check out the new Finished Cross Stitch section to see all the memes, quotes and song lyrics I've been stitching up! I love coming up with ideas for new, modern cross stitch.
I love the process of creating, virtually everything you'll find in the shop is a one of a kind item. I'm not into cranking out lots of the same item over and over. My Mom helps with this part of the process too...as my own private custom dyer! Many of the yarns I knit with have been dyed by her and also, all of the dyed cross stitch fabric is her work!
It's fun collaborating with Mom and it helps ensure each piece is a unique and special work of art! That, for me, is the biggest reward! I hope you find some inspiration and enjoyment as you browse the shop!
