Custom and personalized orders

To request a custom item, you’ll need an account on Etsy.
If I offer custom items, you’ll see a Request Custom Order button on my shop homepage. If you don't see the Request Custom Order button, I might still be able to accommodate you. Try contacting me via Messages.
If you’d like to have something made based on an existing item on Etsy, send your request from the Send a message button on that item listing page.
Add an image to help illustrate what you’re looking for.
Ask how much the custom piece will cost depending on time, materials, or other details.

Will I offer insurance on all packages, or only some?

I don't offer insurance on packages. At the time of delivery, the User is required to carefully examine the products received. Any defects in the goods delivered, errors in printing or packaging of the material not attributable to the User, must be reported immediately to the courier or to me directly. The goods must be collected by signing with specific control reserve. The User must then open a report via message, taking care to attach photographic documentation where required within 8 days of receiving the material.
Food Photography Store will do its best to respond to reports received within one business day.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes, I accept returns, only in the event that the product arrives damaged due to the fault of the courier or a printing error. At the time of delivery, the Buyer is required to carefully examine the products received. Any defects in the goods delivered, errors in printing or packaging of the material not attributable to the Buyer, must be reported immediately to the courier or to me directly. The pack must be received by signing with specific control reserve. The User must then open a report via message, taking care to attach photographic documentation where required within 8 days of receiving the material.
I will do my best to respond to reports received within one business day with instructions for changing product or reimburse buyer.
