Custom and personalized orders
I do accept custom orders when I can. They are $30 each and take about 2 weeks. If you are interested in a custom, please message me. I will give you more information and set up a link for you to purchase.
What do I do if my candle is broken upon arrival?
My candles are glass and I do try my best to make sure they are packaged to withstand the journey. While the vast majority of candles arrive in perfect health, sometimes they do arrive broken. If your candle has arrived broken, please take a picture of the injury and contact me via messages. Make sure to include the image. We will converse from there and find the best resolution.
The tracking information says "delivered" but I don't have my package, what do I do?
Check with your neighbors.
Sometimes the package ends up at the house next door.
Check with the USPS
Go to your local USPS with the tracking information (this is attached to every order I send out). There are many USPS offices that either take GPS coordinates, or pictures when they drop off packages. Your post office will be able to tell you if they dropped it off incorrectly, and if they did, sometimes will be able to retrieve it and deliver it to you. If they are unable to retrieve it, you can put in a claim with them to get your money back for the order. If it gets to this, please message me so I can send you an itemized receipt.
Contact your local authorities
If it was stolen off of your property, contact the authorities.
When will my order ship?
I usually ship all of my orders Thursdays, so if you have ordered your candle prior to Wednesday night, it will ship out Thursday. After Wednesday night, it will ship out the following Thursday.
During the holiday season, I ship much more often. I will most likely ship it a few days after the order has been placed.
