At Izzie, we blend high-end fashion expertise with the joy of creating garments at home. Founded by Isabelle Levine, a Parsons graduate with experience in New York City’s luxury fashion houses, our brand shares the mindfulness of sewing through PDF patterns, tutorials, and workshops. Isabelle’s journey back to handcrafting has shaped our mission to inspire confidence, creativity, and connection. We believe the process is the reward, and the garments you create are lasting souvenirs of that journey—redefining sewing as an experience to savor, not rush.
Craftsmanship & Detail
At Izzie, we’re passionate about the art of making. Our patterns reflect our high-end fashion roots and love for well-crafted garments. From luxurious seam finishes to thoughtful techniques, we help sewists create timeless pieces. Each pattern invites you to slow down and savor the process, transforming sewing into a rewarding experience.
We include self-enclosed seam finishes and elevated details in our patterns—elements that set them apart from standard instructions. Our work emphasizes that the process is part of the journey, with every garment serving as a meaningful memento. Our designs are noted for their originality, and through them we’ve seen that sewists are more than capable of taking on advanced techniques with confidence.
Education & Empowerment
Sewing is about self-expression and empowerment. Izzie makes the craft accessible and enjoyable for all skill levels. Our detailed instructions, workshops, and tutorials walk you through every step, giving you the confidence to create extraordinary garments.
We’ve found one of our strengths lies in demystifying complex techniques—breaking them down into approachable steps that make even the most advanced processes feel achievable.
Slow Living & Sustainability
Izzie celebrates slow, intentional garment making. In a fast-fashion world, our patterns inspire mindfulness and appreciation for the time and care behind every stitch. We help customers connect with the value of craftsmanship and sustainability.
We value sustainability not only in the garments themselves but in the act of sewing as a practice of intention. By choosing to make rather than consume, we invest in creativity, reduce waste, and reconnect with the joy of making something with our own hands.
Whimsical Luxury
Sewing itself should inspire us as much as the garments themselves. Izzie combines high-end fashion sophistication with an approachable, playful spirit. Our thoughtful designs blend exquisite craftsmanship with a sense of wonder and fun.
Whimsical luxury means sewing that feels special without being overly precious. It’s about turning everyday garments into expressions of joy while maintaining the designer quality and meticulous craftsmanship that define our work.
Connection & Community
Izzie is a community of makers. We value the connections sewing creates—with customers and their creativity. Through workshops and designs, we foster belonging and purpose. Sewing isn’t just about garments; it’s about building deeper connections.
We learn and grow alongside our customers, drawing inspiration from the garments they create and the stories they share. Every kind comment, piece of feedback, or photo of a finished project helps us shape the future of Izzie. This community is the heart of what we do, and we are grateful to keep building it together.

5 out of 5 starsI'm never one to give reviews on patterns I buy, but this one truly deserves one. It's of impeccable quality. I've used many patterns, and I've never seen one so professional and detailed, with such meticulous attention to detail and clear instructions. It's definitely a pattern that will teach you a lot. Sewing jeans isn't easy, and achieving a professional result is even harder, but this pattern and the accompanying guide promise to deliver. There's also great flexibility in adjusting it to your size, and a wide range of adjustments is provided, minimizing the need for further alterations. It's also very modern. I highly recommend this pattern for advanced sewers and beginners who are willing to give it the patience it deserves. Long live Just My Luck Jeans!

5 out of 5 starsHaven’t made these jeans yet but had a very positive interaction with the seller when I had difficulty with downloading PDF. Will review again when I make the jeans.

5 out of 5 starsThis is an incredibly well drafted jeans pattern. The rear shaping is incredible! They definitely have a cool girl look when finished. I wanted to make these in selvedge denim so I messaged Izzie for advice on straightening the side seam and she was so so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this pattern! If you're a smaller size, I'd also recommend reducing the pocket size if you like the look on the model in the pictures.

5 out of 5 starsPattern is fantastic!! I love the way my skirt turned out. Things I would say for others - it is definitely not a beginner pattern. The instructions are great - but it took a LOT of time. Flat felled seams, bias bound hems and so forth. However, it produced a beautiful garment that I love!! Also, I made it in a viscose challis and it wrinkles pretty easily - which might not be the best for a pencil style skirt. But the float and the way it moves is perfect!!

5 out of 5 starsI love this pattern! The instructions were fantastic! The shape of these pants is very similar to FP just my luck jeans. The only problem I had was the waistband. For some reason it was not long enough by 5 inches?? Maybe I did something wrong? I just recut a new one. Thank goodness I had extra fabric. The first pair I made were way too big. I have to size down 2 sizes. I also am shortening the next pair- which I didn’t adjust for the first time(pattern is for 5’8”), but adjustments are given. Overall, I love this pattern.
