How do I let you know what my personalization requests are?
A "notes to seller" comment box is made available to you once you have added a listing to your cart. This comment box is the area where you may leave all of your personalization requests. If you have any questions, please feel free to convo me- I'm happy to help!
I would like to add text to the back of my item, can you stamp both sides?
Hand stamping is uniquely different from machine engraving in that tiny impression marks, from the stamped text, will show through onto the opposite side of the metal as you stamp. For this reason, only certain metals of certain gauges (thickness) can accommodate double-side stamping. IF double-side stamping is an option for the item you are interested in, it WILL be disclosed in the item's description. Stainless steel dog tags cannot be stamped on both sides.
When will my order ship?
Items are placed into production in the order in which they are received. Production times may vary, but my current production time (3 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS) can always be found in my shop announcement. You will be shown a "ship by" date when you place your order, and this date can also be found under the "Purchases" tab within your account.
Do you accept RUSH orders?
Unless specified in my shop announcement, rush production AND rush shipping options are made available to you during checkout. Rush orders ship within 1 - 2 business days via the shipping method you select.
Do you accept custom orders?
YES, and I LOVE custom work!! :) If you have a design idea in mind, please convo me as I would love to help create this special piece with you!
How should I store and care for my hand stamped jewelry?
When not being worn, store your hand stamped jewelry in an air-tight container, a sealed plastic bag or the jewelry pouch provided when applicable. Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume, body spray, hair spray, etc.- it is best to put your jewelry on after you have applied any and all of that :) DO NOT use cleaning dips, polishes or liquids, as this could cause removal of the oxidized, darkening within the letters. When polishing your piece, use a pre-treated polishing cloth (example: "Brilliance" blue cloth) and DO NOT rub directly over the oxidization (letters) as this could remove the darkening. Hand stamped jewelry should be kept dry (do not wear in the shower or pool).
