Shipping & Delivery
We are NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN items! No Exceptions!
We only use USPS for deliveries. You will receive a email with the tracking number when the item(s) have shipped. Please note that once your package has been received by the Post Office or UPS center we are no longer responsible for it's delivery.
Also be SURE that you have a safe delivery spot has been established with your delivery man. We will ship your item to the address listed on the order please double check to make sure it is correct.
Exchanges
We can not accept returns on personalized or used items. If the item is not personalized or has not been worn, you can return them for an exchange. Please note, you will be responsible for extra shipping charges.
