Order says delivered but didn't arrive?
When you order a sticker with the free shipping option Etsy will generate a "tracking number" for you. This tracking is not valid through usps. The tracking you receive is all based on estimates. 99% of the time sticker orders will be marked as delivered by Etsy before they arrive. This is no fault to me or usps and your order will still be arriving.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your sticker(s) to arrive, although it should be much sooner.
Please do reach out if 3 weeks have passed since the ship date and your stickers never showed up,
Ordered a sticker and the status is stuck in pre-transit?

Once you receive a shipping notification from my shop I have sent out your order! Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your sticker(s) to arrive, although it should be much sooner.
Ordering stickers with a US military APO, FPO or DPO address?
Unfortunately first-class letter shipping does not ship to these addresses. For all APO, FPO and DPO addresses you will have to upgrade to first-class mail on orders under $35. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Care instructions
We hand make all our pieces and package them very carefully. Please treat your handmade items with care when you receive them. If you are not cautious with your acrylic charms, earrings, pins, keychains, etc they can be damaged. We unfortunately are a very small business and can not replace an item that you damage or break after it has arrived to you in perfect condition.
