✨Please read if you have any questions about placing an order or if you have any questions about an order you already placed:

👻 Most items in our shop have a 5-7 business day processing time. We need this time to work through our order queue. Please note that weekends and all federal holidays do not count as a business day and it will extend the processing time by an extra day.

🖤 Sticker Shipping (Please Read!):
Etsy automatically displays a delivery window based on paid, tracked USPS shipping. This estimate does not apply to our default free sticker shipping.

All sticker orders ship with Etsy’s letter mail option, which:
✨Generates a “tracking number,” but it is not true USPS tracking. Letter mail is essentially the same as a stamped envelope.
✨May reflect “pre-transit” while in transit, and show “delivered” before the order actually arrives.
✨Has a USPS delivery timeframe of 1–3 weeks.

🖤 If you need your order faster or want a fully trackable package, you can upgrade to USPS tracked shipping at checkout. This will reflect the accurate delivery estimate Etsy shows.

👻 Military & US Territory Addresses:
Sticker orders going to military bases (APO/FPO/DPO) or US territories require a shipping upgrade. Unfortunately, Etsy doesn’t allow us to print free sticker labels for these destinations and upgraded shipping is often more than the cost of the sticker. Thank you for understanding!

🎃 Clothing, hats, blankets, pillows, mugs, kindle sleeves & more:
These items are shipped directly from our manufacturer. If your order includes handmade items as well, they will ship separately.
• Please double check your address at checkout! Our manufacturer begins fulfilling orders immediately and we cannot make changes once production starts.
• If your item is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs + any warehouse holding fees.

👻 Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we’re unable to cancel orders - even if the delivery date no longer works - because processing times are provided beforehand. Thank you so much for understanding!
