1 out of 5 starsI bought this item to be able to hold my yeti cup, it does this perfectly but. It doesn’t fit a BMW cup holder therefore I can’t use it.

I’m sorry to hear you felt the product was only worth 1 star, especially since it was provided in accordance with the listing and fits the Yeti cup as intended. The listing includes a clear sizing chart in the description and images, and I note that dimensions can be adjusted if a customer’s vehicle requires something different. Due to varying sizes of car cupholders and their being no universal fit, checking sizing is essential. It’s unfortunate I wasn’t contacted before this review, as the issue could have been resolved easily. I encourage all customers to read listings carefully and message sellers with concerns before leaving damaging reviews, this helps ensure a fair experience for everyone involved.
