4 out of 5 starsThere were a few printing supports still on the model and the model needed to be sanded in some areas. I cannot say anything for the customer support, since there was no contact from me or the seller. So customer support gets 3 stars for a lack of a better score.

5 out of 5 starsAwesome Ship, from a lovely seller! I bought this for my dad for his birthday as he wanted a boat for our DnD sessions (he’s our DM). I messaged the seller to check about the delivery time, they were super quick in replying and were very kind in making sure that it was a top priority order so that it arrived in time. When it arrived they had even used brown for the bottom of the boat and black for the sails so the visual effect of the boat could be used straight away! I only had to remove the print supports which I think is completely reasonable given the price. My dad absolutely loves it and is very excited to paint in some details. BIG thank you! Excited to see what adventures we get up to with it :D
