What is your processing time?

All orders will ship in our standard processing time of 3-6 business days unless otherwise requested. If you have questions or special requests please contact us prior to ordering.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING UPGRADES
Your package will be shipped via our standard shipping option of USPS First Class. If you would like your item shipped Priority, please choose the Rush-Priority option during check. Please note that while your order will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority mail service and a 1-2 business day processing time, we can only guarantee our processing time. Please contact us via Etsy concerning all other USPS services, such as Express mail, as these options are not available during the check-out process.

Gift wrapping and packaging

- We are happy to send items as gifts directly to your gift recipient. Please let us know if you would like this option in the "Notes to Seller" when checking out. Don't forget to include a gift card message!

Sizing details

When measuring for customized items please include all measurements in inches. For wrist measurements we require your actual circumference in inches.

CUSTOMIZATION
We can and do customize our items. If you do not see an option for custom sizing or are looking for something other than listed please contact us via Etsy Convo.

Are all your items handmade in the USA?

Yes! We proudly make every item we sell by hand and source our materials from U.S. suppliers. We do not utilize foreign labor, factories, cut and sew shops, sweat shops, nor import materials or products from overseas.

Regarding Exchanges/Returns

We offer returns for store credit and exchanges only.
Please contact us immediately if you wish to return or exchange your order via Etsy. Returns can only be initiated via the party which placed the order either through the Etsy account which placed the order or from the email account attached to said account. Third party requests are not eligible for credit/exchange/replacement. No exceptions.

RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION
You must contact us prior to mailing any return/exchange to receive a return authorization - all packages which are not authorized will be refused. Any additional fees/duties/vats/shipping expenses incurred will be at the buyers expense.

Redeeming Store Credit

Currently due to the limitations of the Etsy coupon code system, and the lack of an actual store credit system - store credit must be used in full at time of redemption and purchases must exceed the value of the store credit by at least 10%. Store credit must be redeemed within two months of date of issuance. Store credit not redeemed within two months is null and void. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different color or pattern, we can make arrangements to do so. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping charges as well as any price differential in the case of an exchange. Returned items for exchanges are subject to the same policies as those returned for store credit. Please see Return/Exchange Time Frame and Return/Exchange Authorization sections, as well as any sections pertaining to non-eligible items and actions which void returns/exchanges.


ITEM CONDITION
Items must be returned in their original unworn and unwashed condition. Items that have any scents including perfume will be refused on arrival and returned to the buyer.

All of our items are made in a smoke free/ pet free shop to ensure your item is of the highest quality.

COLOR ACCURACY
We aim for as much accuracy as possible in photographing and portraying the colors of our items but colors may vary slightly from monitor to monitor. Please check the dimensions listed in the description to obtain an accurate understanding of size.

International Customs Duties, Excise, Vats, Taxes or Other Fees

International buyers are responsible for any additional customs, VATS, or similar charges that may be incurred. It is the buyers responsibility to comply with their country's importation and customs rules. We are not responsible for delays or fees through customs, nor seizure or forfeiture of prohibited goods. We will not falsify any customs documents or labels nor mark any package as a "gift" to avoid duties etc. as that is against United States and most other countries laws.
If a package is refused and returned to the U.S. with VATs/Custom Duties due, the customer forfeits any claim to store credit/refund as those funds may be required settle any balances due claim made by a foreign postal system over avoided fees.
