We do our best to protect your order, but accidents happen. Shipping insurance is included with every shipment just in case. To file a claim, please send over two pictures of the damaged product and two pictures of the shipping box. Please hold on to all packaging and products in case an inspection is needed. We offer free replacements or refunds if the claim is accepted.

Taking proper care of your concrete product will ensure long-lasting use. Concrete is a naturally porous material that has many pockets for dirt to gather, mold to grow, or spilled materials to collect.

If a stain does appear on our colored concrete planters (do not follow this for any of our hydro-dipped painted products), we recommend the following steps:
1. Remove plant, dirt, and stones from the planter. Gently wipe any surface dirt or efflorescence with a wet paper towel or rag.
2. Soak the product in water for 2-4 hours. It will remove non-greasy stains without chemicals.
3. If the stain is still present, we recommend using a diluted Pinesol mixture (1/4 cup per gallon of water ratio). Apply with a rag or brush, rinse with water.

If a stain does appear on our colored concrete trays, we recommend the following steps:
1. Gently wipe any surface dirt or efflorescence with a wet paper towel or rag.
2. For removing non-greasy stains, spray water onto the stained area and let soak for 5-10 minutes, rinse and wipe dry.
3. If the stain is still present, we recommend using a diluted Pinesol mixture (1/4 cup per gallon of water ratio). Apply with a rag or brush, rinse with water and wipe dry.
4. For deep set-in stains, we recommend removing any adhesives (rubber feet and cork backing), and then soaking in water for 2- 4 hours and if still present, follow step number 3. We do sell or recommend replacement adhesives after a good deep clean.

Concrete is a naturally porous material that has air bubbles and pockets throughout. We do our best to ensure there is as little as possible in the product when we are shipping out our pieces. We use additives and vibration tables when pouring the cement into our molds. There will be minimal to small bubbles throughout all of our products. This is common and expected with the natural look of concrete.

Yes, you can also wet polish with 400 grit sandpaper to smooth out any scratches or chipped edges of the product. We recommend resealing with Eco Advance sealer for our planters and a countertop sealer for our trays to your desired finish.

Yes. This is a hand-mixed and poured product. Each batch may have the color cure with variation. Each batch and piece is unique.
