Q: How do I choose the right cutter size for earrings?

All sizes listed in our shop refer to the longest side of the cutter and are measured in inches. If you're making polymer clay earrings, we recommend:

• Stud earrings: 0.5–0.8 inches
• Small dangles: 0.8–1.1 inches
• Statement earrings: 1.2 inches and above

Q: Is there any size variation?

Each FormiiCutter is precisely measured, but due to the nature of 3D printing, a small tolerance (±0.5 mm) may occur. This does not affect performance and is standard for professional polymer clay tools.

Q: How should I use and care for my FormiiCutter tools?

For most cutting tools, lightly dusting the clay or cutter edge with a small amount of cornstarch can help achieve cleaner cuts. Press straight down firmly and avoid twisting to protect the blade edge.

For rolling tools such as our mini ball roller, do not use powder. These tools rely on natural friction to roll and form properly. Use the built-in strip roller to create even strips first, and form balls on a silicone mat for best results.

Wash gently with lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not use a dishwasher or expose to high heat. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Q: How long does processing and shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from our U.S. warehouse in LA, California. Once your package is handed to USPS, tracking information is provided automatically.

Please note that tracking may show “Pre-Transit” for 24–48 hours after label creation while the carrier scans and updates the system. This is normal and does not affect delivery time.
