With a degree in Interior & Graphic Design and over a decade of experience working on commercial and high-end residential projects throughout Europe, collaborating closely with architects, builders, curtain and furniture makers and other industry professionals, we have honed processes to ensure seamless and efficient project executions.

What is a template?
A template is a document that features a predefined page layout and style, which can be modified to create the desired final document.
What software do I need to edit my templates?
The exact software requirements are detailed in each of our product listings. We provide templates that can be edited in various softwares/platforms both free and paid, including but not limited to Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms. For more information, please refer to the specific product listing description.
Do you provide guidance on how to use the templates?
Absolutely! Our templates come with essential instructions tailored to the specific platform or software they are designed for, which we refer to as Visual Guides. These guides feature detailed step-by-step screenshots that illustrate how to use them effectively. Additionally, some of our templates might come equipped with tutorial videos for your convenience. Please refer to a specific product for more details.
How do I download my templates?
1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account.
2. Go to Purchases and reviews.
3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.
If you're unable to download them through the Etsy app, please sign in to your Etsy account using a web browser and repeat the steps above.
How quickly can I expect to receive my downloads after the purchase?
Your templates should be available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes. All our products are available via instant download.
If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.
I purchased a digital item as a Guest and I don’t have an Etsy account. How do I access the templates after the purchase?
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after the purchase.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to read the product description thoroughly before finalizing your purchase. This policy is implemented because once a digital product is downloaded, it is deemed 'used,' making it impossible for us to process a return or exchange.

We strive to respond within one business day, but please be patient if there’s a slight delay caused by time zone differences. Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?
The templates are for personal and professional projects (including client work) within your design business under our Restricted Commercial License Terms. Templates may be shared with clients and third parties only once modified and saved in a non-editable format (PDF, JPG, PNG, etc.).
The templates may not be re-sold, shared, distributed or otherwise made accessible in their editable form (Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.). Derivative works, which include re-purposing our templates layouts, elements and other features for competing products are not permitted. Detailed license terms are included with your purchase.
