How fast do you process orders?
Physical 3D printed items ship within 1–2 business days (standard) or 3 business days (custom names). Digital downloads are available instantly after purchase — no wait, no shipping.
Do you do custom orders?
Custom herb/plant names on markers — choose the Custom Names variant at checkout and enter your names in the order notes. For other custom requests, message the shop before ordering.
Something went wrong with my order — what do I do?
Message the shop directly before opening an Etsy case. We fix problems quickly — wrong item, damaged in transit, file not downloading. We respond within 24 hours.
