It has really given me an appreciation for Etsy and I have ordered several other items of the site due to this positive experience. This is how commerce could and should work if you don't want to feed the huge corperations.

Sizing details
Items showing measurements are either hand measured by me after they are complete or I have used the manufacturer's measurements if I am "enhancing" an already-made product.
Most items are approximate measurements as due to the nature of making items one at a time, sizes may vary slightly.
Shipping vs Transit Time
"Shipping Time" or "Transit Time" begins when the carrier (USPS - post office, FedEx, UPS) takes possession of your package. It ends when the carrier delivers the package to the ship-to address you provided. This can take anywhere from 3-7 business days in the USA (not including weekends or holidays), and a minimum 14-21 business days for international (which excludes customs clearance).
The Dreaded Damaged in Transit...
The carrier used your box to play soccer in the street? Yup...been there...sadly. :-(

I will need you to provide photos to me of the damaged item/s and packaging. I'll submit a claim to the carrier.
Please KEEP THE DAMAGED SHIPMENT AND PACKAGING case I am asked to send them to USPS for proof of damage.
Replacement Order/Refund?
Depending on how soon you need the item/s I might be able to send a replacement shipment (most items are one-of-a-kind so keep this in mind) or provide a refund if there is no way to get the item/s to you when you need them. I will work with you on this!

Carrier is unable to deliver (due to bad address or "act of God"), non-delivery or late delivery
