Custom orders begin production almost immediately upon payment and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

Shipping time is an estimate only and Not a guarantee, 3-8 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or exact time.
The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery date and time frame appointment M-F only.
We suggest having 2-3 extra helping hands available for delivery since the delivery driver will not bring the furniture piece/item(s) inside your home or garage.
Customer will need an electric screwdriver to remove one of the plywood panel walls.

If you would like an INSIDE DELIVERY (white glove) quote. please be sure to request white glove delivery quote BEFORE placing a purchase order.
GUARANTEED SHIP DATE DELIVERY (UP-GRADE)
If you have a short dead line, customer must pay a Rush fee or for guaranteed date delivery. Typically this rate is double the standard rate. (customer is required to request a Rush fee quote BEFORE placing a purchase order)
In the event an item gets returned to us as un-deliverable, shipping charges will be charged TO YOU BOTH WAYS. The cost of the item(s) will not be refunded (due to made-to-order nature of our work).

Our item(s) typically ship via FedEx within 2 business day of payment receipt. Transit times vary between 1-7 business days, depending on location.
White Glove Delivery (UPGRADE)
All furniture pieces ship LTL FREIGHT, Curbside Delivery - this means it will not be brought inside your home or garage.
However, at an additional cost If you would like an INSIDE DELIVERY (white glove) quote, please be sure to request "white glove" delivery BEFORE a purchase.
