The item was great quality and nicely done. The seller wasn’t very responsive to messages, but did eventually respond. It took about 2 1/2 weeks to receive the item.

The Seller was in communication with me immediately after placing the order. This is a gift for my husband’s boss, as a “thank you”, for being a mentor and friend as my husband retires next week. I really wish I would have read what it actually was. I saw metal sign and I thought it was a customizable metal sign with LIGHTS. So my bad. I can't use these.
