I received a damaged or incorrect item, how can we fix this?
If an item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item you must message me and include photos within 48 hours of purchase and if the item was created with a shop error then I will gladly either refund you or create and ship the correct item ASAP. If an item was damaged during shipping I will work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution.
