よくある質問
Can I get a design on a custom shirt color?
Yes! Please send me a message via Etsy and I will walk you through the steps of how to proceed and create a custom listing for you to purchase from. PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders cannot be taken during sales throughout the year.
Can this shirt be made into a v-neck, hoodie, tank, etc?
Yes! Please send me a message via Etsy and I'd be happy to make you a custom listing on any kind of apparel! However, depending on what option you go with, there may be a price increase.
I love this shirt and really want to wear it for a special occasion. Is there any way to ship this out faster than what's quoted?
If you mention in the note section that you have a special occasion to wear it or that it's a gift and you need it by a certain date, I will do my best to get it to you by then. However, there are no guarantees.
If I'm ordering more than one shirt can I get a discount on shipping?
I'm happy to give free shipping to those purchasing 15 separate items or more! Use code FOXDENBULK15 for free domestic shipping. If you're not purchasing 15 or more items, I often give exclusive coupon codes to my Instagram followers @insidethefoxden. PLEASE NOTE: This offer or any other coupons are NOT applicable on CUSTOM requests/orders or during sales throughout the year.
Can I return my item?
Returns are not accepted. Exact item exchanges are only authorized if an item is delivered damaged or defective. For apparel & accessories, please contact Fox Den Design Shop within 3 days of delivery. For acrylic lights, please contact Fox Den Design Shop before the protective film is removed from the back.
Do you sell any of your designs?
While not all of my designs are available for purchase, you can find various themed cut files in the "SVG" section of my shop and other free designs over on my blog www.insidethefoxden.com. PLEASE NOTE: All designs are available for PERSONAL USE ONLY. This means that you may not sell anything with these designs.
