Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. Due to the nature of made-to-order printing, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, I will happily send a replacement of the same design, color, and size at no cost. Please send a clear photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery so I can assist promptly.
Can I change my size or color after ordering?
Orders begin production quickly, so changes are not always possible. If you need an update, message me immediately, and I’ll do my best to help.
Do you offer cancellations?
Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase (before production begins).
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Because items are made to order, I cannot offer size exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.
How long does shipping take?
Most items ship within 3–6 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer custom designs?
At the moment, I don’t offer full custom orders, but I may be able to make small adjustments to certain designs. Just send me a message!
