How long will my order take?
It takes about 8 days for a personalised order to be made, but during busy times it can take a little longer. Sometimes ceramics misbehave and I might need to start an order again. If you need something urgently let me know and I can tell you if it can be done in time.
How long does shipping take?
UK 2-5 days from dispatch
USA and Canada 12-20 days from dispatch
Australia, NZ, Singapore 15-20 days from dispatch
Mainland Europe 5-10 days from dispatch
Where do I write my personalisation request?
Personalisation needs to be written in the note to seller at the very start of checkout. That way it comes through with the order and prints out on the order paperwork for me making life pleasant for all!
Can I send direct to someone else? Will you write a message to them for me?
Yes! That's something I will happily do for you. You can change the shipping address during checkout. And just let me know what you would like your message to them to say in the note to seller at the start of checkout.
Can you send International tracked?
Yes, I can! It's a shipping upgrade available to choose at checkout and costs £8 GBP.
Can you send express shipping?
I offer express shipping in the UK only after making time. That means, making time might be 7-10 days, and after that I send your order guaranteed next day, and you can choose it at checkout. Express international shipping is not available, sorry!
