All artwork is designed by me. The physical items themselves are printed and shipped through my production partners, using their best rated print shops all over the world. Most of my designs are also available as digital downloads.

Most printed items take 1-7 business days to process and print, and 3-6 business days to arrive once printing is complete. Please see the "Estimated arrival" information at the bottom of each listing for more specific information. These times are estimated, and do not factor in unforeseen delays beyond my control. However, if your order is delayed for some reason, I will do everything I can to ensure it gets to you as quickly as possible.

Digital downloads are available once your payment clears, which usually only takes a couple of minutes.

Personalized gift messages are available for most items in my shop. However, at this time, I am unable to offer gift wrapping or packaging. I will be sure to update this policy if that changes.

Since all of my printed products are currently made to order through my production partners, and shipped directly from the print shop, I don't have a way to return items or recoup costs once they are printed. Please make sure you review all product images and descriptions to ensure you know what you're purchasing before placing your order. If you have questions about items you need answered to help you decide, please feel free to message me. If an item is misprinted or damaged during shipping, please message me, and I will make every effort to make it right.

This also applies to digital downloads. There isn't a way for you to give them back to me, so I can't accept returns or exchanges, and don't offer refunds.

If an order hasn't been sent to production yet, I should be able to cancel it. If you need to edit an order in some way (wrong size, color, etc.), I should also be able to do this before it goes into production. This process usually takes 12-24 hours from the time you place your order, so make sure to send me a message about the change/cancellation as quickly as possible.

If your shipping address is wrong, I should be able to correct it for you before the order ships.

Cancelling an order after it has been sent to production may not be possible, because it means your order is being printed or has completed printing. You can reach out to me anyway, and I will try to work with my production partners to change/cancel your order.

If you see anything in my shop that you would like customized with a different color palette, layout, etc., please feel free to message me, and I will be happy to try to make your ideas a reality.

Many of my digital downloads also come with .ai (Adobe Illustrator) and .eps (Encapsulted PostScript) vector graphics files, which will allow you to change the item's color and size.
