• After a life full of adventures living abroad and a 13 years career in the Video games and Animation industry, I decided in the beginning of 2020 to leave my job as a Concept Artist in Japan, to focus more on my personal work.

After a 13 years career of visual development in the Video games and Animation industry, I decided to focus more on my personal work at the beginning of the pandemic. Originally from France, I lived in different countries over those past few years (Belgium,Spain,Japan.. )before finally deciding to settle down my own art studio in Indonesia . Currently waiting for a "new normal" to live from my art ...

•Once payment is received, I will send you the order to the address indicated by ETSY, make sure it is correct.
•If you need, I can ship the package to another adress (ex: for a present ), just let me know while you validate the cart or send me quickly a message !
Shipping
FROM INDONESIA (COVID OPTIONS):
-EMS is currently the only international shipping option available at the moment, that can provide an Express shipping within 2 weeks + Tracking number. However, it's quite costy ( Additional fee of 30€ at your expense if you choose this option)
-By defaut, every order will be sent as a standard letter, which may takes up to a few months to get to you... but this is actually the cheapest shipping ( and the only other option) available at the moment.
It's up to you to upgrade the shipping or not !

• the estimates for the shipping costs are calculated from the official prices from the Local Postal Service + packaging . I do my best to offer you the best options: safe, cheap, good delivery delays... But due to the COVID situation and because the shop just re-opened, I will probably have to do some ajustments. Help me to improve the quality of the shop by sending me your feedback!
•To offer you the best shipping costs, orders are usually sent by default as standard shipping, without tracking.
•As my work is unique or produced in limited quantities, I recommend for original Artworks, valuable orders, or especially during COVID Times, to upgrade to EMS or tracking number, so you will be able to follow your order. and feel relief if there are some delays. You can also add an insurance, signature or tracking number to follow your order. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any request.
•The goods travel at the risk and peril of the purchaser,
Most of my creations are unique or very limited editions, so I cannot offer refunds for lost orders. However, if your item was damaged during shipping please contact me immediately. I will report a complain to the postal services and open an investigation.
• Delivery delays:
As the shop just reopen, I'm still adjusting! You should expect to receive your pacckage within 2-3 weeks after shipping estimate
•Take note that international buyers are responsible for all taxes and fees customs that could be incurred (especially for products)

Why the shipping options are so expensive?
Due to the covid situation, at the moment +only DHL/EMS/private courrier delivery services are available . Number of flights and containers is reduced, regular postal service stopped, limitating the options and impacting the shipping costs
•USA regular (2-3 weeks with tracking number)
-> 15€
• USA & Rest of the world: DHL or EMS Express (1 week with tracking)
->25€
•Remote areas : EMS or private courrier Express (1 week with tracking)
->30€
•Europe : Only express private courrier (1 week with tracking)
-> 40€
•HAPPY MAILS with more goodies and freebies to compensate
i can take on me a few extra costs when there are unexpected variations, but i can't lower the price of my own products . Thanks for your understanding🙏
