How to Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations?
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you'd like to return or exchange your item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package for return instructions. While refund restocking fee may apply.
What do I do if candle arrived damaged?
If your candle damaged, please retain all packaging the item arrived in as well as the damaged item. Contact us as soon as you can with photos of the damaged item and all of the packaging. Photos are required for us to process any damaged item claims. Once photos of the candle have been received, we will begin the claim process and ship a replacement within 2-3 business days.
Claims made without photos of the candle and packaging are not eligible for a replacement item.
What if I shipped to wrong/ in-correct address?
Please verify your address or the address of the gift recipient before placing your order. We are unable to change shipping addresses after the order is shipped (contact me ASAP before it shipped).
If the package return to us, buyer have to pay for re-shipping or If you need refund we will issue you refund, after restocking and shipping fee. So please be caution while ordering.
