I like it very much, it is light, comfortable to wear and I think it will keep me warm, the test is still pending - if I weren't so excited about spring, I could hardly wait for the coming winter ;) At this point, a big thank you again to Olga - the shipment was lost during shipping and seemed impossible to find. But the communication with Olga was perfect, she tirelessly contacted the shipping company until the package reappeared. That's real customer service! - 1A shop, I will definitely buy here again.

4 out of 5 starsIt's a lovely cloak/coat, but I'm removing one star for the sleeves. It says in the item description that they are extra long, but they are waaay too long, they almost reach my knees. I can't wear the cloak with my thumbs through the thumbholes because of that, the sleeves slip and it's annoying. Had I known, I would've asked for an adjustment.

How to exchange an item ?
If you want to exchange your item, please contact us and send it back. You can exchange for different size, color or even different model,
We will make the new item and send it to you on our expenses.
How to return an item ?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us up to 7 days after receiving it and we will give you instructions on how to return the parcel to us.
The parcel should be sent back to us within 21 days of receiving it.
Every item shipped back to us should be in the same new condition as you have received it!
Please do not wash or wear your item, we do not accept items that are not in the same condition as received!
