All items will arrive carefully packaged. Items are not gift wrapped.
Are shipping times accurate?
Shipping times are usually accurate, but please note that delays in processing and shipping times may occur especially around holidays. Please note that all processing, shipping, and delivery dates are ESTIMATED dates only. You will not receive a refund, cancellation, or exchange because your order was delayed. By purchasing from my shop you agree to this, and you acknowledge and agree that delays may occur during any process of your order.
Does jewelry come with a gift box?
Jewelry does not come with a gift box. Jewelry items will either come in an organza bag, or satin bag (whichever is in stock at the time). All gift boxes are an extra charge. If you would like a gift box please choose it from the drop down menu in the item listing. If the listing does not have that option, then please message me prior to ordering, so that I can create a custom listing.

Processing/Shipping/Delivery Times
All processing, shipping, and delivery dates are ESTIMATED only and NOT guaranteed. I do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges, so please make sure you order well in advance if you need an item by a specific date.
Returns, Cancellations, Refunds
All items are FINAL sale, and I do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for any reason. All of my items are considered custom items, and therefore I will not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds.
Items are handmade, and my not be perfect in design. Slight variations (to include but not limited to: sizing, color, lettering placement/straightness, font, etc.) may occur. I will not refund or accept a return or exchange due to slight variations that may occur.

Orders that have items with different processing times
All items have different processing times*** If ordering multiple items with different processing times, then the item with the longest processing time will be used for the entire order.
