How does personalization work?


Personalization includes names, dates, or short phrases only

Text must be entered exactly as you want it printed

Character limits are listed in each product description

To keep designs calm, timeless, and consistent:

Fonts, layout, spacing, and capitalization are part of the design and cannot be altered

Custom layouts, font changes, or additional wording are not available at this time

At this time, customization is limited to the personalization options listed in each product description.

This allows each piece to stay true to the Frank & INK style — calm, intentional, and thoughtfully designed.

Proofs are not automatically sent unless specifically stated in the listing.

Orders are created exactly as the personalization details are submitted at checkout, so please double-check spelling, dates, and wording before placing your order.

Changes may be possible only if production has not yet begun.

If you need to request a change, please message me as soon as possible. Once an item enters production, changes are no longer available.

Because each item is made specifically for you, personalized orders are final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on my end, please contact me and I’ll make it right.
