How do I get a refund?
Tracking is provided for every order. Seller is not responsible for items lost or stolen once tracking proves item is in possession of USPS. Refunds will be issued upon request after tracking proves an item has been returned to sender. If item is returned to seller for failure of delivery, seller will notify buyer and give the option of re sending the item or issuing a refund including shipping costs for item. NOTE: tracking must prove item has been returned to original shipping location. Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
