A journey into the world of gemstones and jewelry.

I'm a passionate traveler with an obsession for minerals, gemstones and jewellery making.
It all started many years ago when during my first travel to Asia I bought a handful of stones, just out of curiosity, at a local market.
It's been love at first sight and I decided to broaden my knowledge of minerals at a more specific level.

I started studying and collecting gems and soon realised it was time to give them a suitable display so I decided to learn some jewellery making skills and I created my first collection.

The name Freesize comes from the gemstone market language. A "freesize stone" means not calibrated for standard size but cut in order to get the most out of the rough. while Freesize stones can only be used for one-of-a-kind handmade pieces while calibrated stones are used in the jewellery industry for large productions

As my work evolved I had less and less time for travelling (although I still do it whenever I can) so I felt the need to keep in touch with the world and decided to open my Etsy shop. This gives me the opportunity to travel everyday while answering to customers from all over the world and sending my jewels around the globe.

All my pieces are entirely handcrafted using sterling silver and natural gemstones.
I accurately select each and every stone in order to grant high quality and unusual gems. Every single piece of jewellery is thoughtfully conceived so as to enhance the beauty of the stone and meticulously handcrafted, taking care of every small detail.
I like playing with shapes and textures to which I then add my gemstones as a precious signature to every piece.

I like to create versatile jewels that can be worn either with a simple pair of jeans and a T-shirt or when dressed up.
A well-placed piece of jewellery can make every outfit look complete and stylish!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

I'm confident you'll love the quality of my jewelry but if for any reason you need to return an item you can do so within 14 calendar days of receipt.

Always Contact me before returning an item so I can provide important instructions on how and where to send it. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

→ CONDITIONS OF RETURN:
• Contact me: within 14 days of receiving your item
• Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Items must be unworn & unused, in the original packaging and wrapped carefully.

Please note it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the item is returned safely in order to receive a full refund. If the item is not returned in its original "as received" condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

• Refunds will be issued as soon as I receive the item and after inspection
• Refunds will be done via the method used for the original transaction

→ NON-EU CUSTOMERS:
• The package must be marked with the words 'RETURNED GOODS' in a prominent place
• Please note that sending the item back is NOT a commercial transaction so you should indicate ZERO value on the customs form (CN22)
• This is required for not incurring VAT and/or customs handling charges that are Not due for returning goods
• In the event of VAT and/or customs handling charges being applied to the returned item due to the customer not following the above instructions, the return will Not be accepted

Occasional postal delays may occur due to customs inspections, flight cancellations or severe weather conditions. If you notice that delivery takes longer than estimated, please contact me so I can give you all the assistance you need.

• If you're not at home when the parcel is delivered, you'll get a notice in the mailbox with instructions to either schedule a re-delivery or pick-up at the Post Office
• The Post Office will hold the package for 15 days and if not collected it will then be returned to the sender as "Unclaimed"

How and when will you ship my order?

All items ship from ITALY, Monday through Friday, typically the next day after purchase.

• Standard shipping: REGISTERED MAIL TRACKED & SIGNED FOR
• Shipping upgrades (express courier) are available at checkout

I'll send you a shipping notification with all necessary information to track your parcel.

IMPORTANT:
• If no one's available to accept and sign the delivery, you'll get a notice in your mailbox with instructions to arrange redelivery or pick up the parcel at your local PO.
• If not picked up in 15 days the parcel will be returned to sender.

TO CANADIAN AND AUSTRALIAN BUYERS:
Tracking will stop at the Italian border due to Canada Post and Australia Post not scanning inbound registered mail.

How long will shipping take?

How to order the correct Bracelet Size?

To get your correct bracelet size, follow the steps below:

1- Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure just below the wrist bone
2- add the below measurements to your actual wrist size, depending on how tight you like your bracelets to fit:

• Snug Fit: add 1/4" (0,5 cm)
• Comfort fit: add 1/2" (1 cm)
• Loose Fit: add 3/4" (1.5 to 2 cm)

• Extra small: 6" / 16cm (very small woman's wrist)
• Small: 6.5" / 16.5cm (small woman's wrist)

Jewellery care tips.

Over time sterling silver jewelry exposed to air will tarnish. To make sure it will remain shiny just follow these simple steps.

STORAGE:
• Store your silver in a cool, dry place, preferably in a ziplock bag with an anti-tarnish tab
• Store pieces individually, so they don't knock together and scratch

CARE:
• Avoid salt water, chlorinated water (hot tubs, shower, swimming pools)
• Avoid household chemicals, detergents, chlorine bleach, etc
• Avoid sleeping or vigorous exercise with your jewelry on
• Avoid spray perfumes, lotions, hairsprays

CLEANING:
Add a small amount of mild liquid soap to a cup of warm water, soak 2-3 minutes, rinse thoroughly with clean water and make sure it is completely dry before storing it.

Do you make custom orders?

I'm the only person behind this shop and work on a tight schedule so I don't do custom orders.
Items are sold as they are shown.

• RESIZING RINGS:
Please note that most gemstone rings cannot be resized as this would damage the stones.
Slight size adjustments may be possible (max one size up) for some rings, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Customs charges and import taxes
