Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalized orders
We will happily work with you on any custom or personalized orders you have. Please message us for more details.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrap is available for all products, please select "gift wrap" during checkout.
Wholesale availability
Please message us for more information about wholesale pricing.
I haven't received my package, but tracking says delivered, what should I do?
Due to postal delays and Etsy's use of a third party tracking system, Pitney Bowes, sometimes packages show as delivered when it's in the region of the final destination, as opposed to your actual residence.
Please allow 4-5 business days after delivery notification before contacting us about a lost mail parcel. Once notified we will open an investigation with the post office lost mail department.
Thank you for your understanding as all of our products are handmade and made to order.
