My wife Mary and I are the only two working in our shop. (There still has not been a decision made about who is the boss.) I take care of the production of all orders. Then Mary will do the finish work, and get the orders ready to ship.

Our Shipping Return Policies
Will I be reimbursed for return shipping costs?
Our company will only cover the return shipping expense if there was an issue with the product caused during shipping. Items shipped according to customer order; the customer is responsible for the return shipping charge.
Is shipping refundable?
Order shipping charges are non-refundable.
Care instructions
As with most wood products. Do not machine wash, or submerge in water. Just wipe off by hand with warm water and dry.
I would like to order more then you have on hand. Will you backorder the rest?
We can usually handle this without actually placing a backorder. Before placing your order please send us a request for a custom order from the page of the item you are ordering. Let us know how many you would like.
Are you able to do an engraving?
We are slowly getting through the in's and out's of engraving our larger gifts. Let us know what you need, and we will try to help you out.

How are you handling the Coronavirus at your shop?
First, Mary and I want to send out our thoughts and prayers to everyone that is affected by the Coronavirus. To answer your question, we self-quarantined ourselves early in 2020 and we both got both of the virus shots so that we could do our best to feel assured that everything that we touch is not affected by the virus. Every gift we ship is cleaned with a disinfectant wipe and packed while wearing gloves. As of December 27, 2021, I’m relieved to say that neither Mary nor I show or have ever shown any symptoms of the Crovid-19 virus. And should that change, we will shut down our online store immediately. Thank you all very much for your support during this horrible time for all of us.
