Design and make functional ceramic dishes
FreshPottery is a pottery and ceramics studio where I design and make ceramics functional ware.
I use stoneware and fire to "mid-range" temperature (1220℃/2228℉).
When designing a new piece I pay great attention to form and proportion - definitive outline, height vs. diameter and well placed matching handles when needed.
My pieces are thin and lightweight and I do my best to make them similar to one another in dimensions.
I pick only the very best items to ship to my buyers. If I'm not happy with a piece, I'll ask for a delay, make a new piece and ship that.

All my tableware are convenient to use: You can use them in the oven, microwave and get them cleaned in the dishwasher, bake and serve in the same baking dish.
Please pay attention when handling them from sink to dishwasher, avoid thermal shock: never place a hot dish on a cold serface, and they will stay with you for good.
Most of all I enjoy knowing that people use my ware and enjoy them in everyday life and on special occasions.
