Care instructions

Items vary depending on material. Acrylic items should be spot washed or hand washed and air dried to prevent stretching or shrinking. Should an item become stretched, tumble dry on a low setting.

Gift wrapping and packaging

At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping. Packaging, and thank you cards are made with as much reused materials as possible to avoid single use papers and plastics. Please reuse as much packaging as possible or recycling when finished.

Why did my package arrive in an Amazon envelope?

I like to re-use as much materials as possible! For now, that means reusing amazon envelopes, and boxes from old packages. In the future, I hope to be using compostable/upcycled packaging, paper tape and paper stickers so nothing ends up in the trash, but for now I do what I can with the budget I have. I appreciate the support and understanding!

Custom and personalised orders

Occasionally I will accept a custom order, provided I am not currently working on a custom order, the request is similar to something I am currently selling, the person making the request is flexible with the time it takes to make. I am only one human running a shop and completing your order, and sometimes life gets in the way but I do my best to complete custom orders in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price.

I live in the same city! Can I just come pick it up?

Absolutely! Once you place your order, you can message me through etsy (or through facebook with your name and order number) and we can arrange a pick up time and place. Usually, if I see an order is from my city I will offer to have me drop it off if it is within a reasonable distance.

Pick up may be beneficial if you need it in a more timely fashion.
