What Information Do I Collect?
- To fulfil your order, your purchase has authorized Etsy to provide to me information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and information on the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information for custom orders, if you contact me directly.
- Etsy collects and stores your information beyond my individual Etsy Shop, so I encourage you to review their company-wide Global Privacy Policy and international data protections as well.

Why Do I Need Your Information and How Do I Use It?
- I need your information to be able to provide my services, such as fulfilling your order, settling disputes, or providing customer support
- I do not collect your information or store it for any purposes beyond those listed above. For example, I do not collect and store your information for marketing purposes.
- I retain your information as necessary to comply with a legal claim or similar obligation, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
- Etsy: By purchasing in my Etsy Shop, you have provided your information with Etsy and I share your information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
- Service providers: I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies (USPS) or a commercial print company. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services. This is most common in my Etsy Shop for custom artwork that is printed and shipped to you. In that case, your information will be transmitted via Gmail to a commercial printer for printing before being shipped to you. I do not provide your shipping information to the commercial printer - I pick up your artwork and ship it through Etsy's built-in shipping service (USPS) myself.
- Business transfers: If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
- Compliance with laws: I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention
I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I typically keep your data for a period of 2 years.

Security
- Your purchase information is stored within the Etsy platform. Please review Etsy's terms of use and privacy information for more details.
- For my Etsy Shop, I do not save your personal information outside the Etsy platform, with the exception of custom orders that have your name(s) and/or contact information printed on them (e.g. Invitations or moving announcements that include your home address).
- Please review "Data Retention" and "Why Do I Need Your Information and How Do I Use It?" sections above for further information on why and how long I store this information.
- I use Etsy's built-in shipping provider (USPS) and print shipping labels through the Etsy platform.
- Artwork that contains your personal information is stored on a physical hard drive for the purpose and period of time noted in the "Data Retention" section, above.
- If you purchase a custom printed piece that contains your personal information, it will be transmitted via Gmail to a commercial printer for printing. Please see "Why Do I Need Your Information and How Do I Use It?" section for more information on use of commercial printers.
