My ends felt dry and brittle, I had a bald spot in the middle of my head that I had no idea where it came from, there was preexisting hair color that damaged my hair and I felt so self-conscience that I didn't want anyone to touch my thick, dry brittle hair. I was my first client who needed TLC to their hair.
