Custom and personalized orders
We gladly do personalised orders. In fact doing custom products has been our core competence for the last nearly 10 years. If a personalised option is not available in the listing, please feel free to message me and I will gladly assist you.
We also can do custom printables - don't be shy, ask me!
Sizing details
Please rather trust the precise measurements, if written, instead of descriptions like S, M, L etc. – those are sometimes misleading. I try to add sizing details in both inches and centimetres to every listing, but if something is missing or unclear, feel free to ask me. We are open for adjusting things for you – we're all unique and there's rarely a "one size fits all" solution.
Care instructions
Most of our items are ok to machine wash warm, but some of them – like some of the pillow covers, face masks, scarves, bags etc. will have a longer life if washed by hand with lukewarm water. I try to specify it in every listing.
Gift wrapping and packaging
If you need a gift wrapping but can't see how to order it – feel free to message me, we gladly do that too.

Are you a print on demand business?
No. We are a small family business and most of our products are hand printed, cut and sewn in our atelier in Sofia. We either participate personally in or carefully control all the production processes. In case we use a production partner for anything that we sell in the future, we will describe this in our listings.
