Bring the real Japan into your home
This shop was born from two observations:
Etsy is still not very popular in Japan, and although there are many “Japanese-style” products available worldwide, a surprising number of them contain incorrect meanings or unnatural Japanese language.
With that in mind, I started creating art with a simple goal — to help people around the world who love Japan experience the real Japan, even if they’ve never been here.
My shop focuses on art inspired by Japanese culture, such as samurai, kanji, and the philosophy of wabi-sabi.
All designs use accurate and authentic Japanese language, and every piece is carefully reviewed to ensure the meaning, nuance, and expression are correct.
Rather than only presenting the stereotypical image of Japan, I aim to introduce lesser-known aspects of Japanese culture and aesthetics through my work.
What makes this shop unique is that these are not just “Japanese-inspired” designs — they are Japanese art created by a Japanese artist living in Tokyo.
I place great importance on cultural context and linguistic nuance, and I never compromise on authenticity.
I live in Tokyo and regularly visit various destinations throughout Japan.
Many of my works are inspired by the landscapes, history, and cultural moments I encounter in everyday life and during my travels.
As this is a relatively new shop, some customers may feel uncertain at first.
To ensure peace of mind, I offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, so you can shop with confidence.
If you have a request such as “I’d love to see this kind of design” or would like a custom piece, please feel free to send me a message.
If you’d like to support one of the few Japan-based Japanese sellers on Etsy, leaving a review after your purchase would mean a great deal to me.
