What if I am not a bride and this is a gift?

Your orders are welcome! I can give you another packaging option. I can also send your gift directly to your someone special. Please let me know if you want the different packaging on the order in the note to seller box.

Custom and personalized orders

What is considered a custom order in this shop? A custom order is an order where there are variables to choose from in drop down menus and the items are made to order. For instance, when an earring is made to order the crystal color is chosen, along with the metal finish choosing from 3-4 metal finishes, and wires are chosen from 7 different styles that is considered a custom order. If you only order one or two different pair and you need to check style, length or color, that is returnable and I recommend doing that if you are unsure. However, larger orders of more than 2 earrings of one type are not returnable.
What is a personalized item? A necklace or bracelet that has any initial added on it.
