We started creating Frontier Threads hats because we wanted headwear that was different from all the hats on the market. Most hats available use embroidered or leather patches, and we wanted to do something a little more natural. We came up with the idea to create patches using real wood and found a way to adhere it to leather that makes for a unique look and feel.
