When you place an order through Etsy, they share the details we need to make and ship your item; things like your name, postal address, email, and payment confirmation.
If you message us directly, we may also see additional details you choose to share, such as personalization notes or special requests.

That is all. We don’t collect anything beyond what’s needed to fulfill your order.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your info to:
• Process and deliver your order
• Communicate with you about your purchase or questions
• Handle returns, replacements, or customer service issues
• Stay compliant with tax and legal obligations

We don’t send marketing emails, newsletters, or spam.

• Etsy; which securely processes your payment and maintains order records
• Printify; our production partner that prints and ships your order. They only receive what’s necessary to deliver your item; typically your name and shipping address

Outside of that, your information stays between you and us unless required by law, such as tax or legal obligations.

4. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We don’t store your personal information anywhere outside of Etsy or Printify.
Those platforms securely retain order details for tax and accounting requirements, and we rely on their systems to manage that data.

When the legal retention period ends, your information remains archived securely within those platforms; not on our personal devices.

5. FOR EU & UK CUSTOMERS

We’re based in Becker, Minnesota, USA, and we do ship internationally.
That means your information may be transferred to the United States, where Etsy and Printify process and store data using secure, GDPR-compliant methods such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your personal information remains protected even across borders.
