Scents inspired by characters, stories and the love of reading! Perfect for those who love literature and handmade gifts. Before anybody else was making literary-themed fragrances, we decided to do it ourselves! Our nerdy hobby is now a small handmade business.

RESPONSIBLY MADE WITH SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS
We use 100% soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks and hand-selected fragrance oils. Our ingredients are vegan and containers are reusable/recyclable.

Which to get? Choose our 8 oz jars for maximum burn time. Try our 2 oz tins as samples or give 4 oz tins as gifts. Tarts are flame-free and long lasting.

These wax melts are amazing. They are powerful enough to fill a large room and last forever. I have been using the same two cubes for weeks now and they are only barely starting to lose their potency. Highly recommended. Way better than candles for filling your space with a nice cozy smell.

Frostbeard Studio - The Original Shop for Book Lovers' Soy Candles

Frostbeard Studio is a small business started by married couple Roxie & Tom in Minneapolis, MN.

We found our niche in book-themed candles, which didn't exist in 2011. Roxie searched high and low on the Internet for a library-scented candle, but ultimately couldn't find one. So, she decided to make her own!

The Book Lovers' candle line was born, starting with Oxford Library and soon followed by Bookstore, Old Books and Wizardy inspired scents.

As huge book nerds, we love reading and brainstorming new scent ideas. We love creating inspiring, atmospheric fragrances that can help stories come alive as customers curl up with their favorite books.

Our studio is located at 3506 Chicago Ave in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where we do all of our production and shipping. We have an amazing crew and are super grateful for all the folks who support our small handmade business.
