Just wanted to make birthday invitations...
What started as a desire to just learn how to make my children's own birthday invitations has quickly led to this shop! I tend to be very particular about things, have a hard time making final decisions and am all about the details, particularly when it comes to planning my children's birthday parties. I've always had a love for computers, scrapbooking and crafts, but only if things turn out the way they are in my head and I just could never figure out how to do them exactly as I wanted, yet also had a hard time paying others to do something I knew I could do myself. So I committed to learning and creating and after a few pretty cool birthday invitations, I added to it with little party details, chalkboard birthday signs and then friends started asking me where I got it and of course, I was just creating things for nothing for people. I decided it was time to maybe try to make a little business out of this as it was something I really loved doing, and helped justify the hours I was spending sitting at the computer anyway! I LOVE when people come to me with an idea and I get to start from scratch and watch it turn into something so unique to each individual. I love that digital designs are such an affordable way to decorate your home or add details to an event and it gives my customers control over the final product.
