5 out of 5 starsI ordered this item and there as an error in my order and i got the wrong order shipped to me. I then contacted support and spoke to a manager. She was very professional and they took care of my order and shipped what i originally purchased at no extra cost. This company is HIGHLY recommended.

1 out of 5 starsCaused more stress than it should have. Messaged seller previous to purchasing cups about what we wanted designed for our wedding, said there wouldn't be an issue. After purchased they we had to provide all the files/formats for our images. Which would have been fine if he would've first said that. I sent him multiple and they kept saying they were not understanding what we wanted, after sending it multiple times. We finally just got Or money back.

We communicated clearly, as we always do and made you aware what we needed to provide you with a fantastic product and a great experience. We told you that we need the art files in a vector format as you only sent over pictures. You then sent over very confusing instructions, we asked you to please call us or conversely, if you would like to use a graphic artist to assist (we mentioned fiver for a low-cost alternative). We have provided thousands of clients products. We are that sorry you felt we should be able to read your mind, however, as soon as you asked for a refund we sent it to you with the hope you could find what you are looking for. We want our customer experiences to be wonderful and stress-free...like every other positive review we have had. Good luck to you on your wedding!

5 out of 5 starsThese were super cute! Worked out well for the ice cream social. They were bigger than I thought but I actually liked that they were because it kept it cleaner for the kids and the adults could enjoy a few scoops In these. Fast shipping!
