Get to know us:
Hi, we are Noah and Anna, everything in our shop is designed and handcrafted by us and proudly made in the USA! As a husband-and-wife team, we have integrated our natural love for design and working with wood to establish our unique shop. We live in an off-grid home we built ourselves in Northern New Mexico and run our wood shop and precision laser engraver with 100 % Solar Power! In addition to creating what you see in our shop, our daily lives include homeschooling our children, caring for our garden and chickens and taking adventures in the mountains around us.
Noah, Master Woodworker:
Born and raised in Northern New Mexico, Noah is the master Wood Sawyer and Woodworker. Everything in our shop has been crafted by his hands. With his extensive knowledge of wood, carving and crafting, he is able to truly bring out the hidden treasure and beauty buried in the natural pieces he works with.
Anna, Professional Designer:
With a background in Architecture and graphic design from CU Boulder, Anna has focused her love for design and professional skills on creating custom designs for laser-engraving on our products. Being a Colorado native herself, she especially loves to incorporate mountains, trees and natural elements into her designs. She is also the one behind the nitty-gritty of running Fruitful Tree, including all the business details, photography and customer service.
What makes our small business unique?
We believe the story of the wood we work with only adds to the distinctive quality and value of our products. Therefore, all the wood we work with is either sustainably harvested, salvaged or reclaimed wood we have saved. We professionally mill the logs we collect ourselves into specialized lumber and properly cure the wood to prevent cracking and warping. Then the unique and natural boards are handpicked, formed and finished all by us.
