This Privacy Policy describes how FugattiStore (“I,” “me,” or “my”) collects, uses, and shares information when you purchase an item, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.

I do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information. Payments are processed through Etsy and its payment providers.

- Production and shipping partners: Certain order details may be shared with trusted production partners, such as Printify and the print provider assigned to your order, as well as shipping carriers, solely to produce and deliver your purchase.

- Service providers: I may use trusted companies for services such as order management, accounting, or business administration. These providers receive only the information needed to perform those services.

- Legal compliance: I may collect, use, retain, or share information when reasonably necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, tax requirement, or Etsy policy; prevent fraud; or protect the rights and safety of my customers or business.

I do not sell customers’ personal information.

Data Retention:
I retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services and maintain required business, tax, and legal records. Order information may generally be retained for up to seven years where needed for these purposes.

Your Rights:
