Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped.
If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
No custom and personalization are offered. What is the purpose “Add Personalisation” box?
We are unable to offer customisation or personalisation of our products in-house at this time.
If the shop is not offering personalised, so what’s the “Add Personalisation” option?
The purpose of the personalisation box is to collect recipient’s mobile phone number for shipping purpose.
Since Etsy does not have a box to collect mobile phone number, we make use of the “Add Personalisation” box to do so. Our shipping courier may need to contact the recipients before delivery. (We will never call the recipient and we will never use the mobile phone number for other purposes.)
The mobile phone number won’t be personalised nor embroidered on the ordered item.
Sizing details
Please measure and order carefully to be sure you get products that work for you.
Please refer to the size chart under the “Description” section. Our sizes are Asian sizes but we do provide US size conversion chart.
If unsure, please don’t hesitate to send us a message and provide your height, weight , chest size (for jacket and tops) or waist size (for pants).
Please measure the chest size of one of your jacket instead of actual chest size. Please allow some rooms for movements and stretching.
Wholesale availability
We are currently unable to offer wholesale accounts. We also do not support the resale of our products.
Am I responsible for paying customs fees and tax?
Buyers are responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. In some countries, Etsy is obligated to collect those as VAT on imported goods and to pay this over to the tax authorities.
Most customs charges are due once the package arrives in the destination country. The amounts can vary widely and are often based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, shipping costs, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.
What if my entered shipping address is incorrect?
We are sorry that we cannot do anything about it. Please take extra care when entering your delivery details as we are unable to change delivery details or resend items which have been sent to the wrong address.
