The seller let me know when she was sending out the wool and I couldn’t be happier with it! The crimp and color are exactly what I was hoping for and I can’t wait to spin this up. Will definitely be ordering more of Cocoa’s wool in the future ❤️

I received my fleece very quickly. I haven't had time this weekend to lay it out but the samples I pulled out are very nice with lots of fine crimp. I'm expecting to love it. It is only my second fleece and I'm loving the scouring-to-yarn process. I also really enjoyed the little personal info about the sheep the owner shared with me. A+.

A very gratifying fleece. It washes up and combs very easily, and perfectly meets the line between sturdiness and softness without being so delicate that the fibers break. Snap test produces a nice, bright tone. And I am especially grateful to have a photo of and know about the ewe that produced this beautiful fleece. Every spinner processes raw fiber differently, but my numbers for this fleece are: about 69-70% yield on the first comb (from hackle to comb, back to hackle, then to comb, then back to hackle before dizzing off), another 12-15% yield of original weight on the second comb, then of what's left, half is carded and the other can be composted, felted, or used as stuffing. This is such a great, “un-fussy” fleece. Truly a joy to work with.

First time buyer and I am not disappointed!!!! Beautiful wool. Very very little VM. So soft and springy. Upon arrival (quick shipping I may add), I immediately scoured a handful of wool, dried, flicked the locks and took some for a spin. I cannot wait to scour up some more. I will be purchasing from again.
