Hello!
Welcome to FunChicDesigns. We started out as friends in high school and over the past couple years have found the planner community. Before our sticker shop, we would get together once a month and decorate and put together our planners. Eventually we thought why not go into this business. So we opened FunChicDesigns. Between the two of us we are able to bring you cute and functional planner stickers. We love what we do, and is fun to work on together and get away from our every day work and life. We like to offer products that will aid you to get your planner the way that will work for you.
We're happy to work with you on a custom order if you don't see what you need in our listings.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
FunChicDesigns is unable to offer refunds unless item is damaged upon receipt. Please contact store owner if your item is damaged in transit.
Payment
Once a order is shipped we cannot cancel the order. If your item is not shipped yet, please contact shop owners to discuss order cancellation.
Shipping
We print shipping labels directly off of Etsy to allow for tracking. Please be sure you have entered the correct mailing address. Etsy informs us if the address entered is not recognized by USPS, and gives a suggested address. We always go with the suggested address. Once we've dropped orders off to the Post Office, we are unable to control from that point. All orders that get a Shipment notification are sent immediately to the Post Office.

All orders are packaged in either cellophane in a rigid mailer or in a thick folded envelope in a rigid mailer.
We use USPS carrier, First Class Mail. If you wish to upgrade shipping to have your order arrive sooner, you can do so at checkout or contact shop owners. Orders will only be shipped if full payment is received.

Are our stickers repostionable?
At this time, we are have not found a repositionable sticker paper that we are satisfied with to offer to customers. We are always on the lookout, but unfortunately no.
I like this sheet of stickers, but is it possible to add more of this one thing or change the color?
Some of our stickers have custom option and a photo displays the color choices we've provided. If you also have a specific color that's not shown but know the HEX or RGB color code, you're welcome to use that as well.
If the listing does not offer a custom option, please feel free to contact us and inquire. Custom adjustments to our products start off at 50 cents more and increase from there depending on the changes that need to be made to the original layout.
How long will it take to process my order?
Unfortunately FunChicDesigns isn't our only career venture. Kaycee is a full time teacher, and Megan both goes to work and school full time. And then there's those pesky adult responsibilities. We created this business on the side so we're limited to our work days. All orders are processed within the established processing time.
Do you offer discount codes?
We do! We love to give reasonable and affordable prices for our stickers. Because let's face it, planner supplies get expensive. So we not only try to offer low prices but also sales/discounts. Check our instagram for Flash sales or special discount codes.
