5 out of 5 starsWhen I saw this image I had to have it. These colors are the exact colors of my birthday event. I was sad to know they do not offer an 8x8 in the floor decal, but I was able to find someone on here who does. The customer service was great. Thank you for creating this beautiful image. My birthday not until January but I’m planning ahead. I love it and can’t wait to see it on the floor LOL.

Are your products physical or digital?
All of our items are digital files only. This means you won’t receive anything in the mail. Instead, you’ll get high-quality files that you can print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online printer. This saves time, shipping costs, and lets you print as many copies as you need.
How do custom banners work and how long does it take?
Our custom banners are already designed templates that we personalize for you. Just send us your details—colors, text, up to 3 photos, and the size you plan to print—and we’ll adjust the design to match your request.
We’ll send you a proof image to review, and once you approve it, we’ll deliver the final high-resolution JPG or PDF files ready to print. Orders are usually completed within 24 hours, often the same day. If we don’t hear back from you within 5 days, we’ll send the files as-is and close the order.
What is Corjl and how does it work?
Corjl is an online editing platform that allows you to personalize certain templates yourself. After purchase, Corjl will send you an email with a direct access link (please don’t use Apple ID, as the email may not arrive). You can open the link, edit your template online from your computer or phone, and then download your files instantly.
What are instant download files?
Instant downloads are ready-to-use, non-editable files. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll find them available in your Etsy account under “Purchases & Reviews.” You can download them immediately and print right away—no waiting, no editing needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Since our items are digital files, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, your happiness is very important to us. If you have any issue with your order—like trouble accessing, editing, or printing—please message us and we’ll gladly help you fix it.
